I studied accounting and economics, but most of my adult working life has been in business and online projects.
I had my own service business with a team of up to 12 people. In 2023, my wife, our three children and I moved to Norway. Today I run SHCHOKIN.PRO, use FitLine and build a partner business with PM-International.

Family has a strong influence on how I look at work, risk and long-term decisions.
In my own service business, I was responsible for clients, employees, purchasing and the day-to-day work.
That was long before PM-International. At the time, it remained mostly about using the products, attending training and taking occasional action.
We moved here as a family. It marked a new stage in our life, work and plans for the future.
When circumstances changed, I was comfortable moving into different work, learning something new or earning in another way for a period of time. I have a family, so being practical has always mattered more to me than having an impressive job title.
I started in accounting and later moved into entrepreneurship
I studied accounting and economics and worked in the profession for several years. Even then, I was becoming interested in computers and the internet, and later that became a separate part of my work.
My first job in the profession was at an agricultural company in my home village. I worked there as an accountant for around a year and a half.
There were eight of us in the accounting department: seven women and me, the only young man on the team. I smile when I remember it now, but at the time it was my first proper job in the profession and my first real practical experience after studying.
Later I moved to Kyiv. There I worked for around six months as the chief accountant at a company that manufactured paints and coatings.
After that, I spent roughly two years as the chief accountant at a company producing PVC windows. It was during that period that I started becoming much more interested in computers, the internet and everything connected with them.
At first it was simply curiosity. I wanted to understand how computers worked, what could be done online and what opportunities the internet actually offered. Gradually I became more interested, and over time it led me in a completely different professional direction.
Accounting taught me to check documents and numbers carefully and make conclusions after verifying the facts.
Working as a chief accountant taught me to look beyond my own area and understand how the whole company was operating.
Computers and the internet started as simple curiosity. I learned most of it myself, step by step.
Over time, technology and the internet stopped being something I explored after work and became a new part of my professional life.
From accounting, I gradually moved into running my own business
One of the next important stages was my service business. We refilled printer cartridges, repaired and configured office equipment, worked with computers and networks, handled projects for organisations and supplied equipment. At one point, the team grew to as many as 12 people.
That was where I saw in practice how much broader business is than sales and money. It is clients, employees, suppliers, expenses, deadlines, problems that need solving and responsibility for the final result.
Later, the service business became part of my past, and I spent many years working on online projects, including websites, search and content.
That experience taught me to learn new tools independently, check information for myself and follow work through to a result.
During the Covid period, I continued working with websites and online promotion, but I could also work as a taxi driver or make deliveries alongside that. I have a family I am responsible for, so if I needed to earn money in different ways during a particular period, I simply did different kinds of work. Responsibility for the people close to me has always mattered more than having an impressive job title.
My experience with network marketing started long before PM-International
So I came into what I do today with previous experience of this kind of business model.
Back in 2008, my wife and I registered with an international network marketing company.
We used the products, liked them, attended many training events and had a fairly good understanding of how the business model worked.
There turned out to be a big difference between understanding the model and working it consistently. We stayed mainly at the level of using the products and attending training.
In the end, that experience remained an introduction to the products and to the business model itself.
Looking back now, I can see that it remained an introduction to network marketing, while consistent work came much later.
We knew the products and understood the basic idea, but the work remained occasional.
I communicate with people regularly, work with customers, build a team and help new partners through their first steps.
This time, using the products and attending training are combined with regular customer work, team development and helping new partners take their first actions.

Family
Family has always come first for me. I make many decisions with myself, my wife and our children in mind.
Trust
Trust matters in relationships with family, friends, customers and partners. It is built through actions, consistency and the way a person behaves in ordinary situations.
Responsibility
I usually start by looking at what I can do myself and take responsibility for what depends on me.
Health
When energy is low, you quickly feel it in work, family time, plans and ordinary everyday life.
SHCHOKIN.PRO is a site about my life and the things I work on today
I spent many years working on different online projects. At some point, I wanted to build my own site where I could bring together the things I live and work on today.
A website lets me explain things in more detail than a short social media post: what I do, why I think the way I do, and what I base my conclusions on.
I like it when someone can read for themselves, form their own impression and then decide whether they want to ask me a question or continue the conversation.
FitLine also started with my own experience
At first, I was mainly interested in how I felt day to day. I wanted to take a closer look at sleep, movement, water, food and the habits that affect how I feel.
When I started using the basic FitLine set, the Optimal Set, I immediately liked how simple it was to use, the drinks tasted good, and I began noticing the first changes in how I felt within the first few days. I later described the more noticeable changes in my experience after 21 days.
That is where I started. Using it turned out to be simple: Basics and Activize in the morning, Restorate in the evening.
When I use something every day, I want it to be simple, convenient and pleasant enough that I actually want to keep using it.
Over time, other members of our family also started using different FitLine products.
The result genuinely surprised me. From my own experience, the changes started fairly quickly, and that was one of the reasons I kept using FitLine. During the same period, I quit smoking, became more active and paid more attention to sleep and food, so I look at how I felt as the result of several changes happening together.
As I learned more about the products, I became interested in why the company places so much emphasis on NTC® and bioavailability. PM-International describes NTC® as a concept for delivering nutrients where and when they are needed, while FitLine materials also discuss bioavailability and the absorption of micronutrients. That gave me another reason to understand the products more deeply, but I keep my personal results separate from the company's official explanations.
