For a long time, I thought that before making videos I first had to become confident. Speak well. Not get confused. Not feel awkward. Not be surprised by my own voice. Not forget what I wanted to say. And then I understood: if I wait for that state, I may never start.
For me, going out for a walk was not always something simple. Because of my back, I often tried to be careful and did not walk just for the sake of walking very often. But in Norway, I slowly started looking at simple walks differently.
Sometimes a person does not need a big life reset. They simply need to start small: a little more movement, a slightly better routine, a little more attention to themselves and a few actions repeated not for one day, but every day.
Some moments look very simple from the outside. But for you, they can carry a whole story. For me, one of those moments was a mountain hike together with Olena and our FitLine team.
We have been living in Norway for about two and a half years now, but there are still things that my Ukrainian brain needs a small pause to understand. Some things are funny, some are unusual, some feel a bit strange, and some honestly make me think.
There are things that are better to see once than to explain many times with words. That is how I felt after the team presentation of PM-International, where we were participants, invited people and once again saw how important it is not to move alone, but together with a team.
We often expect an opportunity to look like something big, bright and immediately obvious. But in real life, many important things begin much more simply: with a conversation, with a product, with a small decision and with people you can trust.
