FitLine: where to start and how to make sense of the products
When I first looked into FitLine, I did not want to get lost in the product range. I started with the Optimal Set: Basics and Activize Oxyplus in the morning, Restorate in the evening. I looked at the other products later, once I knew what I was looking for.
I want to understand the best way to buyHere I have put together what I checked myself: the Optimal Set with Basics, Activize Oxyplus and Restorate, some of the other products, and the difference between a one-off order, FitLine Club and partner terms.
If you already use supplements, compare FitLine with what you use now: ingredients, quality, format and how practical it is for you. If you do not use supplements yet, there is no need to study the whole range at once. The basic set is enough to start.
First, work out what you actually need
If you already use supplements, you have something to compare with. If you are starting from zero, it makes more sense to understand the basics before looking at the whole range.
If you already use supplements, compare them properly
If you already have vitamins, magnesium, Omega 3 or other supplements at home, there is no reason to switch just because of the FitLine name. Look at the ingredients, quality, format and whether the product is practical for you to use every day.

You do not need to start with a large bundle
I would start with the basic set. It has three products, each with its own role. That is enough to understand how the routine works without going through the whole catalogue.

I was more interested in what I could verify than in the word "premium"
Before using FitLine regularly, I checked where the products are made, what standards are used, how they are independently tested and what the company can support with documentation.
FitLine is made in Germany in accordance with international GMP standards.

I look beyond the ingredient list
PM-International describes NTC® as its own nutrient transport concept. In other words, the company focuses not only on the ingredients, but also on how the finished product is formulated.
I used Basics and Activize in the morning and Restorate in the evening. That was my starting point.

This is the version of the Optimal Set I started with. It contains three products: Basics, Activize Oxyplus and Restorate.

The routine is simple: two products in the morning and one in the evening. Other FitLine products can be considered separately depending on what you are looking for.
There are three options: a one-off customer order, FitLine Club for regular purchases and PM-International partner terms.

Some nutrients overlap, but the formulas are different. I have put the main ingredients together here so they are easier to compare.

FitLine was not the only thing I changed at that time
When I started using FitLine, I was also changing other parts of my routine: sleep, water, food, movement and recovery.
I quit smoking, started moving more and used the Optimal Set regularly. So I cannot honestly say that every change came from one product. I kept using the Optimal Set because the routine suits me and I can stick to it.

What I see when I compare these photos
These photos are from three different periods. During that time I was not only using FitLine. I also quit smoking, moved more and paid more attention to sleep, water and food.
That is why I do not attribute the whole result to one product. I am simply showing how I changed over that period, while the Optimal Set remained part of my routine.
A basic routine for adults, a separate product for children
Several people in our family use FitLine, but we do not all use the same products. The product and serving depend on age and the directions on the label.
FitLine has a separate PowerCocktail Junior for children. Like any children's product, it should be used according to the current information on the label.

A separate technology for liquid Omega 3 and Q10
For liquid Omega 3 and Q10 Plus, the company uses microSolve⁺. This technology is used in specific liquid FitLine formulas.
The liquid format is easy to measure and add to water according to the instructions on the label.
The DHA comes from microalgae, and FitLine highlights the absence of the typical fishy taste.
Q10 Plus combines coenzyme Q10 with thiamine, which supports normal heart function.

Where is a good place to start with FitLine?
For a first order, you can look at the Optimal Set with Basics, Activize and Restorate. It is three products with a simple morning-and-evening routine.
What is the difference between Basics and PowerCocktail?
Basics is the morning vitamin base used together with Activize in this version of the Optimal Set. PowerCocktail is a different format for the morning part of the routine: within the FitLine product concept it combines the roles of Basics and Activize in one product. Its formula is broader, so it is not simply the two products mixed into one. In an Optimal Set built around PowerCocktail, a separate Activize is not needed for the basic morning routine.
Does Activize contain caffeine?
Yes. Activize contains caffeine from guarana. Check the current label for the exact amount and directions in your country.
Can I buy just one product?
Yes, if it is available in your country. If you only need one specific product, there is no reason to buy anything extra.
Is the formula the same in every country?
Not always. Flavours, labels, recommended servings and individual formulas may vary by country. Check the current product information for your country before ordering.
Does FitLine have products for children?
FitLine has a separate PowerCocktail Junior for children. Always check the current label for the product and recommended serving.
Will everyone get the same result?
No. Diet, lifestyle, health status, sleep, activity and consistency are different for everyone. I do not assume that someone else will have the same result as I did, and I do not promise that they will.
What is better: a one-off order, FitLine Club or partner terms?
For a one-off purchase, a standard customer order is enough. If you plan to order regularly, it is worth comparing FitLine Club with PM-International partner terms. Where available, FitLine Club gives a 10% discount on selected benefit packs and may include other club benefits. Partner status gives access to partner prices for your own orders and does not require you to build a team or a business. Exact conditions depend on the country.
Do I need to become a partner to use FitLine Club?
No. FitLine Club is a separate programme for regular purchases. Where it is available, membership is free, while benefits and discounts depend on the country. PM-International partner terms are a separate option worth comparing if you plan to order regularly or want to learn about the partner business.
Is there a return guarantee?
