FitLine: what it is, what is in the basic set and how to use it
FitLine is a range of food supplements from PM-International. The basic FitLine set, Optimal Set, consists of Basics, Activize Oxyplus and Restorate.

A daily vitamin base with fibre.

How FitLine is made and quality-checked
When I looked into FitLine, I checked more than the ingredient list. I also wanted to know where the products are made and how their quality is controlled.
FitLine products are made in Germany.
PM-International states that FitLine products are manufactured according to GMP standards.
Product quality is regularly checked by the independent laboratory ELAB Analytik GmbH.
FitLine food supplements are represented on the Cologne List®. For listed products, independent testing is used to help reduce the risk of prohibited substances in sport.

What I noticed in the first few weeks
Before FitLine, I often felt tired during the day, found it hard to get up in the morning, had headaches, heavy legs and back discomfort.
After about three weeks, I noticed that getting up felt easier, my energy was more stable through the day, my head felt clearer, my legs felt lighter, and the headaches and back discomfort were less frequent. Around the same time, I quit smoking, became more active and paid more attention to sleep and food. So I cannot say that every change came from FitLine alone. But I could see a positive change in how I felt, and I kept using the set.

Zellschutz Antioxy
A drink with vitamins C and E, selenium and plant extracts. These nutrients help protect cells from oxidative stress.
FitLine Munogen
Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal blood formation, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation and the reduction of tiredness. Munogen also contains amino acids and plant extracts.
FitLine D-Drink
A drink for a 14-day FitLine programme. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, while zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
