FitLine: where to start and how to make sense of the products
When I first started looking into FitLine, I wanted a simple place to begin without getting lost in the range. I started with the version of the Optimal Set that uses Basics and Activize Oxyplus in the morning and Restorate in the evening. This is the exact set shown in the images on this page. I looked at the other products later, once I understood what I actually needed.

I started by changing everyday habits, not by looking for promises
When I started using FitLine, I was also looking more closely at my everyday routine: sleep, water, food, movement and how much attention I gave to recovery.
I quit smoking, started moving more and used the Optimal Set regularly. That is why I do not separate one supplement from all the other lifestyle changes. FitLine has remained part of my daily routine mainly because I find the system practical and easy to follow consistently.

A separate technology for liquid Omega 3 and Q10
FitLine uses more than NTC®. For liquid Omega 3 and Q10 Plus, the company uses microSolve⁺, a separate technology developed for these kinds of formulas.
The liquid format is easy to measure and add to water according to the instructions on the label.
The DHA comes from microalgae, and FitLine highlights the absence of the typical fishy taste.
Q10 Plus combines coenzyme Q10 with thiamine, which supports normal heart function.

Where is a good place to start with FitLine?
A simple starting point is the FitLine Optimal Set with Basics, Activize and Restorate. It is the same basic morning-and-evening routine I started with myself.
What is the difference between Basics and PowerCocktail?
Basics is the morning vitamin base used together with Activize in this version of the Optimal Set. PowerCocktail is a different format for the morning part of the routine: within the FitLine product concept it combines the roles of Basics and Activize in one product. Its formula is broader, so it is not simply the two products mixed into one. In an Optimal Set built around PowerCocktail, a separate Activize is not needed for the basic morning routine.
Does Activize contain caffeine?
Yes. Activize contains caffeine from guarana. Check the current label for the exact amount and directions in your country.
Can I buy just one product?
Yes, if it is available in your country. If you only need one specific product, there is no reason to buy anything extra.
Is the formula the same in every country?
Not always. Flavours, labels, recommended servings and individual formulas may vary by country. Check the current product information for your country before ordering.
