We are Yurii and Olena Shchokin. We are a Ukrainian family building a new chapter of life, work and personal growth after big changes. On this website, we share our real experience with family, health, energy, FitLine, life in Norway and the opportunities that come through honest human connection.
Our Story
My name is Yurii Shchokin, and my wife’s name is Olena. We have been together for many years. During this time, life has brought us many things: family, work, children, relocation, new challenges and decisions that had to be made not in theory, but in real life.
We are raising three children. Family has always been our main support. Our children give us the strength to keep moving forward, think about the future and create stability, even when we have to build it from zero.
Olena is trained as a social worker. She has strong experience working with people, understands their needs well and knows how to support them. There is a lot of warmth, attention and quiet strength in her.
She is also close to creativity, natural things and everything made by hand. She loves seeing beauty in simple details and creating something warm for our home, our family and other people.
I have worked for many years in technical and online fields. I have experience with websites, SEO, content, online projects, technology and practical tasks where structure, consistency and results matter.
Our experience is different, and that is what helps us complement each other. Olena is more about people, care and feeling. I am more about systems, websites, texts, growth and technology. Together, we are looking for a path where we can stay ourselves and still keep moving forward.
Moving to Norway became a big restart for us. A new language, a new system, a different rhythm of life, new rules and many things we had to get used to step by step.
During this period, we started thinking even more about health, energy, inner balance, quality of life, family and the kind of people we want to build the future with.

After moving to Norway, we became much more attentive to health, energy, recovery and everyday well-being. Not as a theory, but through our own rhythm of life, tiredness, responsibilities, family tasks and the desire to have more energy every day.
