In the official Bulgarian shop, prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. The catalogue still displays the BGN equivalent alongside the euro price. Delivery is charged separately.
Under the current terms, orders can be paid by SEPA, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or credit card. Orders collected from an PM-International center can also be paid in cash or by EC card.
Delivery within Bulgaria takes 2-3 business days. The official 2026 terms still list delivery charges in BGN: up to 1.15 kg - 8 BGN, up to 5 kg - 13 BGN, up to 10 kg - 17 BGN, and above 10 kg - 26 BGN. The shop now operates in EUR, so the exact delivery amount in euros is best checked in the basket before payment.

Consumers can return ordered PM-International products within 30 days of the invoice date if they are not satisfied. Return shipping is paid by the sender.
A partner or regular customer can return products within 90 days of the invoice date if they are undamaged, unopened and suitable for resale. At least 3 months must remain before expiry. Return shipping is paid by the sender.
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods. The 2026 withdrawal form gives Udovo 1, Sofia 1463 as the return address for this type of withdrawal.

The current PM-International terms state that orders collected from an PM-International center can be paid in cash or by EC card. If you plan to visit a center, it is best to check its current opening hours first.
