NTC®, manufacturing in Germany and FitLine quality control
NTC® stands for Nutrient Transport Concept. PM-International uses this term for its approach in which nutrients are intended to be delivered when and where the body needs them.
"Cellular nutrition" is a common simplified phrase used when talking about nutrients reaching cells. FitLine uses the term NTC® for this concept.
PM-International states that FitLine is manufactured in Germany to GMP standards. Product quality is regularly checked by the independent ELAB Analytik GmbH laboratory, and selected products are listed on the Cologne List®.
FitLine has been around since 1993. The company's official pages also state that more than 1 billion FitLine products have been sold, more than 100 patents are associated with its technologies, and more than 1,000 athletes use the products.
I started with the basic FitLine set and then gradually got to know other products. My family uses some of the products as well, so we know part of the range not only from descriptions but also from our own use.

How to buy FitLine in Germany: customer, FitLine Club or partner
Germany has three main options: a regular customer order, FitLine Club and partner registration. If you only want products for yourself, you can order as a customer. FitLine Club is for regular orders, while a partner account is for people interested in partner pricing and in developing the partnership side further.
Regular order
A straightforward option if you want to choose the products you need and place an order for yourself without partner registration.

FitLine prices, payment, delivery and returns in Germany
In the German FitLine shop, prices are shown in euros and include statutory VAT. Prices for individual products, sets and promotions can change, so the current amount is best checked directly in the shop.
Under the current terms, orders can be paid by SEPA, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or credit card. For collection at an official PM-International center, payment can be made in cash or by EC card.
The standard delivery time within Germany is 2-4 business days. Customers pay €2.70 for delivery, which is waived on orders over €50. Partners pay €6.20 regardless of order value.

Customers can choose a monthly order or a 3-month supply. Partners can also choose the 3-month option. In that case, the product supply arrives in one delivery and payment can be spread over three months. Selected club sets receive a 10% discount.
After a distance order, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The consumer pays the direct cost of returning the goods.
If a product is not suitable, a consumer can return ordered FitLine products within 30 days of the invoice date. Return shipping is paid by the sender.
A partner or regular customer can return products within 90 days of the invoice date if they are undamaged, unopened and suitable for resale. At least 3 months must remain before expiry.
Speyer and 15 official PM-International centers

You do not need to visit an office or center for a regular order. FitLine can be ordered through the official shop with delivery within Germany. If collection is more convenient, you can pick up an order from one of the official centers.
