In my service business, customers often did not know exactly what they needed. They only knew that a printer had stopped working, the office needed equipment or there was a problem that had to be fixed. Asking the right questions, understanding the situation and suggesting a sensible option was our job. I look at FitLine recommendations in much the same way.
What an Honest Recommendation Means to Me
“What should I take from FitLine?” It sounds like a question that can be answered by simply naming a product. I do not see it that way. First I need to understand the person. Sometimes they do not yet know exactly what they need either.
You come with a question. Making sense of the products is my job
I do not expect someone to study FitLine, learn every formula and decide on the right set before speaking to me. They may simply say: I am tired all the time, I want to pay more attention to nutrition, I have started training, I am interested in recovery, I want to look at something for people over 50, or I just want to understand what FitLine actually is.
In my service business, the customer was not expected to understand the technology either
When I worked with office equipment, people very often came to us without a ready-made solution. They would say: “the printer is printing badly”, “we need equipment for an office” or “the network keeps dropping out”.
The customer did not need to know which cartridge was required, which printer model was best or how the network should be built. That was exactly why they came to us.
We asked questions, looked at how the equipment would be used, how much they printed, what the office needed and what budget made sense. Only then did we recommend a solution.
Sometimes a repair was enough. Sometimes buying new equipment genuinely made more sense. A good recommendation was not always the cheapest option. It was the option I could properly explain to the customer.
It seems strange to expect a person to work everything out alone when they came to you precisely because you have more experience in that area.
When someone asks where to start with FitLine, I explain the basics first
FitLine has a wide product range, but when someone wants to understand the system, I usually start with the Optimal Set. It gives us a clear base, and everything else becomes easier to explain from there.
Then we look at the person. Their age, lifestyle, activity level, what they already use and what they are actually interested in. For some people the basic system is enough. Others may later be interested in products for an active lifestyle, recovery, beauty or other specific needs.
My job is not to show someone as many products as possible. It is the opposite. I want to remove what is unnecessary and leave the person with what they actually need to understand at the beginning.
Saying that my family likes a product is not enough for me
Personal experience matters to me. We use FitLine ourselves, I know what the routine looks like in everyday life, and I can talk about what I have personally noticed.
But when I talk about the product itself, I also want facts. That is why I looked at where it is made, how quality is controlled, what technology the company uses and who is involved in product development.
That gives me more than “I liked it” to work with. The detailed information about ingredients, NTC®, the Optimal Set and other products already has its own place on my FitLine page.
If I see a sensible option, I can say so directly
I do not see much value in a recommendation that ends with “have a look and maybe something will suit you”. The person came because they wanted help making sense of the options.
If I understand the situation and see a sensible place to begin, I will say it directly: “In your case, I would start with this.” Then I explain why.
At the same time, I do not want to present FitLine as medicine or promise the same result to everyone. My experience remains my experience. Questions about diagnosis, treatment or medication belong with a doctor.
For me, professional advice also means knowing where I can help and where I should not pretend to know more than I do.
The business question often comes naturally after someone gets to know the product
A person uses FitLine, talks about it with friends and at some point asks a very reasonable question: “Can you actually earn from this?”
Yes. PM-International has built a partner business around FitLine. What I like is that the basic logic is easy to understand. PM training uses the USE.TALK.DEMO method.
You know the product from your own experience, not only from a presentation.
You speak with people about something you already know and use.
If someone is interested, you show the product and explain it in more detail.
That does not mean money appears automatically. You still need to work with customers, learn, stay consistent and, if you want a larger result, gradually build a team. But the basic idea is easy to understand even for someone who has never worked in network marketing before.
For me, this is one of the most important questions a new partner can ask
Not everyone starts with experience in sales, business or team building. That is completely normal. I do not think someone should know everything before registering.
That is why our team has Y.O.U.R. Community. It includes a first-step plan, training materials, information about FitLine and PM-International, team chats, regular meetings and people you can ask when something is unclear.
I do not want a new partner to receive a number in the system and then be left to work out everything alone. At the beginning, a clear order of actions matters. Experience comes later.
An honest recommendation does not mean selling less. It means doing the job properly
If I believe FitLine makes sense for someone, I can recommend it confidently and explain why. If they are interested in the partnership, I can explain that option too. If they want to build a business, I can tell them what that actually involves.
In every case, I want to be clear about why I am recommending that particular option.
Maybe that is why this approach feels natural to me. It is not very different from the way I worked with customers for years. People do not have to come to you with the answer already worked out. If you know your field well, your job is to help them make sense of it.
Want to understand FitLine or find out whether the partnership could suit you?
Tell me what you are interested in. You do not need to know the product names or understand the marketing plan. I will ask a few questions, explain the options and tell you where I would start in your situation.
