After 21 days with FitLine, I was already noticing a difference in how I felt, but it was still too early to sum anything up. Now it has been six weeks. The first impression has passed, and I am more interested in what is still there and why I am still using the products.
What I Think About FitLine After Six Weeks of Regular Use
After six weeks, the first impression is no longer the main thing. I can look back more calmly and compare how I felt before with what I notice now.
The first changes are behind me. Now I can see what has actually stayed
At the beginning, I was naturally paying more attention to every small change. Now things feel normal again: family, the website, everyday errands, easier days and harder ones. And against that background, the difference is actually easier to notice.
In the article about my first 21 days, I wrote that I had more energy, slept better, drank much less coffee and felt more like moving.
Another three weeks have passed. I am no longer looking for something new to notice every day. I am simply watching what has stayed.
What I am noticing after six weeks
I am not writing down how I feel every day. I simply remember quite well what used to bother me, and I can compare that with how I feel now.
Before, there were plenty of days when the day was not even over and I already felt drained. That happens less often now. I simply have more energy left for normal things in the evening.
I used to drink five or six cups in a day. Now I can go without coffee completely or have one cup. I notice that difference without needing to keep track of it.
Headaches used to be fairly common for me. Over these weeks they have been happening much less often. It is simply something I notice about myself.
My back used to bother me regularly. Now it happens less often. At the same time, I am moving more, so I cannot say this is only because of FitLine.
Not every night is the same, but overall I sleep better. I more often wake up feeling rested and do not need as long to get going in the morning.
You cannot really measure this with a number, but I notice it when I am on the website, writing something or just need to focus for a while. It is easier to stay with a thought and I get that "my brain is done" feeling less often.
At the beginning, I was simply noticing changes. Now I can already say that some of them are still there.
Nine days after I started FitLine, I quit smoking
By the time I am writing this, I have been smoke-free for more than a month. And I can definitely feel that this has affected how I feel too.
For example, smells and the taste of food are stronger now. I connect that first of all with quitting smoking, not with FitLine.
I have also started moving more and paying more attention to water, sleep and food. Several things changed at the same time, so I cannot say that everything happened only because of FitLine.
At the same time, I had already started noticing more energy, better sleep and less coffee before I quit smoking. And a few weeks later, those things are still there.
If I were getting to know FitLine today, I would still begin with the basic set
I use other products too because I want to try them myself and understand what I am talking about. But if someone is only getting to know FitLine, I would not suggest buying a lot of products straight away.
I take it in the morning. This is where my basic routine starts.
I take it in the morning together with Basics. Keeping it simple makes the routine easier for me to follow.
I take Restorate in the evening. The routine is simple and easy for me to stick with.
I wanted to use the products regularly for at least a few weeks and then see whether I noticed a difference.
When I read FitLine reviews, I usually want more detail
If you search for "FitLine reviews", you will find very different opinions. What I always want to know is simpler: what exactly did the person use, and for how long?
Because "it helped me" or "I felt nothing" does not explain very much on its own. One person may have used one product, another the full basic set, one person for two days and another for several months.
Two or three days and several weeks are completely different experiences.
Basics, Restorate, one separate product or a full set. That matters too.
Sleep, movement, food, stress, coffee and smoking do not suddenly stop affecting how someone feels.
That is why I am recording my experience in stages. First 21 days, now six weeks. It helps me see more clearly what is actually changing.
After six weeks, I want to continue. For me, that is the main conclusion
Yes, I am still using FitLine.
Nothing dramatic has happened over these six weeks. I simply feel better than I did before. I have more energy, drink much less coffee, sleep better, get headaches less often and my back bothers me less.
And I also remember that I have been smoke-free for more than a month, I move more and in general I have started paying more attention to how I feel. So I cannot say, "this part is definitely FitLine and everything else has nothing to do with it."
For now, it is enough for me that I can see a difference and want to continue. Later it will be interesting to compare again and see what has changed.
