After 21 days with FitLine, I was already noticing a difference in how I felt, but it was still too early to sum anything up. Now it has been six weeks. The first impression has passed, and I am more interested in what is still there and why I am still using the products.

I write about family, life in Norway, wellbeing, FitLine, personal growth and business. Here you will find personal stories, observations and answers to questions I have researched for myself.
Today marks 21 days since I started using FitLine products from PM-International. I began with the basic set, then added products from the Action Pack a few days later. Exactly 9 days after starting FitLine, I quit smoking, so today I have been smoke-free for 12 days. I have more energy, I sleep and recover better, I drink much less coffee and I move more. At the same time, I do not want to credit FitLine for every change I have noticed over these three weeks.
One thing is feeling tired after a hard day. Another is waking up tired and slowly getting used to it. For a long time I explained my lack of energy with age, stress, moving abroad and simply having too much going on. Then I started using FitLine, and for the first time in a long while I noticed a clear difference in how I felt.
Over a few years, I gradually got used to things that I was no longer really happy with. My back bothered me more often, after a longer walk I wanted to sit down, I did not always wake up feeling rested, and I could drink five or six cups of coffee during the day. Each of these things was easy to explain on its own. But when I looked at my condition as a whole, I understood something simple: I wanted to feel better.
I have been thinking about quitting smoking for a long time. Not for a week or a month. I just kept finding reasons to put it off. At some point, I got tired of hearing those reasons from myself.
