Why This Website Exists
This is the first article on SHCHOKIN.PRO. It explains why this website was created, how our lives changed after moving to Norway and why I wanted to bring our experiences together in one place.
Why This Website Exists
Sometimes life brings you to a point where you want to pause, look back and honestly understand what has changed over the last few years.
This website was not created overnight. It grew out of our family experience, relocation, personal changes, the search for stability and a desire to preserve thoughts that matter.
A few years ago, I probably would not have thought about creating a personal website. Social media, work, family life and everyday responsibilities seemed enough. But after moving to Norway, many things started to look different.
Where It All Started
Moving to Norway became a major turning point for our family. A new country, a new language, different rules, a different pace of life and many questions without simple answers.
Like many Ukrainian families, we had to rebuild our lives almost from the beginning. We had to adapt to a new system, understand everyday life, think about our children, work, documents, the future and how to keep a sense of stability inside.
During that time, many stories, observations and lessons accumulated. Some disappeared among daily routines, some stayed only in memory, and some were briefly shared on social media before getting lost in the feed.
At some point, I realized I wanted a place where all of this could be collected calmly and consistently. Not only for other people, but for ourselves as well.

Why a Website
Social media is good for quick thoughts. But I wanted a different format. A place where ideas could stay longer, where important topics could be revisited and where our story could slowly take shape.
SHCHOKIN.PRO is much more than a blog to me. It is a place where we can keep our family experience: moving abroad, adapting to life in Norway, health, personal growth, work, people and the decisions we make at this stage.
Over time, topics such as FitLine, PM International, personal branding, online work and Y.O.U.R. Community became part of this journey. But none of that was the starting point. It all began with a desire to honestly share what we were living through ourselves.
What Changed After Moving Abroad
When you move to another country, many things you once took for granted stop being automatic. Language, work, daily life, documents, communication, your children’s future and your own plans all require much more attention.
Periods like this help you understand what truly matters. For me, those things became family, health, inner balance, learning, a healthy environment and taking more responsibility for my own future.
I do not pretend to have all the answers. We make mistakes, change our minds, try new things and sometimes start over. That is also part of our journey.
Experience
Here I want to keep what we go through: thoughts, observations, decisions and lessons.
Family
Many decisions are now connected not only with us, but also with the future of our children.
Moving Forward
This website became a place where we can see how our thoughts, topics and decisions gradually change.
Why Health Became an Important Topic
To be honest, health was not always something I paid enough attention to. Like many people, I started thinking more seriously about it when life became busier, stress increased and energy became a limited resource.
Over time, I understood a simple thing: energy affects almost everything. It influences work, learning, communication with children, mood, decisions and the ability to keep moving forward.
That is why health, daily support, recovery and FitLine products gradually became part of this website. Not as separate advertising, but as part of our personal experience.
Looking for New Opportunities
Living in another country quickly shows how important it is not to depend on only one scenario. When many things depend on documents, the job market, regulations and outside decisions, you naturally start looking for areas where you can influence more yourself.
That is why we started paying more attention to online opportunities, personal branding, working with people, learning and an international format of activity.
This is how PM International, FitLine and the Y.O.U.R. Community became part of our life. For us, it is not about quick promises. It is about learning, people, consistent actions and the desire to create more freedom of choice for our family.
The People We Want Around Us
In recent years, I have also understood how strongly the people around us influence our state. Some conversations leave you feeling heavier. Others bring more calm, clarity and a desire to act.
We are interested in people who value family, health, growth, honesty, respect, learning and normal human communication.
Maybe this website will help us meet more people like that. Not randomly, not through aggressive messages, but through thoughts, experiences and topics that may resonate.
What I Want to Write About Next
I want to write about life in Norway, adaptation, family decisions, health, energy, personal growth, how moving abroad changes your mindset and how a person looks for stability in new conditions.
I want to talk about things that often stay between the lines: tiredness, uncertainty, small wins, new connections, fears, hope, learning and the gradual return of a sense of control over your own life.
Maybe some of these topics will feel close to someone. Maybe someone will recognize themselves. And maybe, years from now, this website will remind us where everything began.
This Is Where Our Website Begins
I do not know exactly what SHCHOKIN.PRO will become in a few years. But I want it to keep the thoughts, stories and experiences that matter to us today.
If topics such as family, life in Norway, health, personal growth, FitLine, PM International or the desire to build life more consciously feel close to you, we would be glad to connect.
