What I Started Appreciating After Moving to Norway
After moving, I started noticing simple things much more. Calmness. Nature. Walks. Time with family. And my own inner state. Before, I did not always pay attention to these things.
Real stories about family, life in Norway, personal growth, health, energy, adaptation, FitLine, PM International and the experiences that continue to shape our journey. This is where we collect thoughts, lessons, everyday moments and ideas that become more meaningful over time.
A place where we share what we experience ourselves: family moments, life in Norway, personal reflections, health, growth, new opportunities and the people who inspire us along the way.
After moving, I started noticing simple things much more. Calmness. Nature. Walks. Time with family. And my own inner state. Before, I did not always pay attention to these things.
Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I had this much energy, this much desire to do things and such a good inner state.
Over the last few years, I started feeling more and more like my body was running on the last bit of energy. Back pain, heavy legs, constant tiredness, low overall energy. And at some point I realized: I do not want to simply get used to feeling like this anymore.
The worst thing about routine is not even the tiredness. It is the fact that a person slowly stops noticing how far they are drifting away from themselves. Day by day. Slowly. Almost invisibly.
Before, the word “discipline” felt strict to me. You have to force yourself. You have to push harder. You have to endure. But now I am starting to see discipline differently. It can be much calmer. It is not about breaking yourself. It is about remembering why you started and coming back to what matters.
The further I go in life, the more I understand: the people around you change a lot more than we think. After talking to some people, you want to move forward, try new things and keep growing. And after others, it feels like everything inside slowly shuts down.
