I used to think tiredness was just part of adult life. Work, family, moving, a new country, daily things. Then I started catching myself thinking: maybe I have become too used to living without a normal reserve of strength?
When you find something useful for yourself, it feels natural to share it. But over time, I understood: there is a big difference between telling someone and putting pressure on them.
When we were moving, I thought the hardest parts would be the language, documents and new rules. Over time, I understood: a new country teaches much more than that. It slowly changes your rhythm.
Sometimes the day has not really started yet, but you already feel in a hurry. Phone, thoughts, coffee, children, school, things to do. And then you realize: your morning can stop feeling like yours very quickly.
Sometimes you look at a person, a situation or a new idea and it feels like everything is already clear. Then time passes, and you think: it was good that I did not rush to a conclusion.
Lately, I started catching myself thinking: the day is not over yet, but I already have almost no strength left. And then you begin to look differently at sleep, food, habits and the way you treat yourself.
